Shore Dog Walk will do so much more than provide food and water for your pets. A good pet sitter and dog walker will give precious pets personalized love, attention and exercise. By maintaining your pet's routine in the comfort of their own home, we provide security, comfort, and a sense of well being for your pet. Pet sitting is good for your pets, your home, and good for your peace of mind. Please note that Shore Dog Walk does not currently board most pets. Though if you have a small or medium sized non-shedding breed that is particularly well behaved, we may consider boarding for a few nights.
Consultation Visit
The goal of this meeting is to find out the pet history, likes/dislikes, pet/owner detailed information, food/leash locations, payment method, and emergency contacts. During this visit, we will also review our cancellation policy. Please provide (2) copies of your house key and/or an access code (if you have key-less entry) at the end of the meeting.
Mid-Day Dog Walks and Play Time . . . $25 for a 30 minute walk/visit
A daily dog walk and playtime is a great outlet for your pet and helps him/her stay stimulated and exercised. We help release their daytime energy and boredom by offering 30 minute visits (longer duration are available). We will take your dog for a walk around the neighborhood, or nearby park. We will also make sure their water bowl is filled with fresh cool water if requested. Petting and relaxing your dog prior to departure too. Add $5 per additional dog per visit.
Pet Sitting / Vacation Visit . . . starts at $25/visit
Ideal for vacationing families or frequent business travelers who wish to maintain their pets' daily routine in the comfort of their own home. Each visit is for approximately 20 minutes, and you can schedule as many visits per day, depending on your pets' needs. Services include playing with your pet, feeding, oral medications, scooping up after dogs or litter box/cage cleaning, fresh water and lots of love and attention. Ideal for cats. Add $5 for each additional pet.

We will take your pet to the Groomer or Vet and pick up pet supplies for you. Rates will vary depending on location. Any other service you would like, please just ask and we will try to accommodate your request.
Additional Services provided at no additional charge are: Give your home that lived in look while you are away by bringing in mail and newspaper; take out trash; alternate blinds/lights; radios/TV's, watering, etc. If there is an additional service you would like we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Holiday Surcharge Fees
Holiday fees are $10 additional per visit for Labor Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July. Holiday fees for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day are $15 additional per visit.
Please Note: All fees are estimates and are based on your pet's specific needs which will be determined at initial consultation visit.
Emergency Animal Hospital visit at $30 per each 30 mins
If your pet is ill or in distress, we will make every effort to contact you immediately. If we can't get a hold of you or a delegate at any of your emergency contact numbers, we will take your pet to the vet of your choice (make sure to tell us the name, phone number, and address during your initial consultation) If they are not open or you do not provide vet info, we will bring your pet to the closest animal hospital that is open. If the pet needs immediate treatment, we will authorize any vet charges less than $200 without your consent. We can not authorize any procedure in excess of $200 without your written consent. You will be liable for these charges and we will send you an itemized invoice.) Additionally, we will have to charge you a mileage rate of $.55 per mile to and from the vet as this service is above and beyond our normal tasks.
